Career Trajectory

Estefanía Guardia joined the Labor Law department of Icaza, González-Ruiz & Alemán in 2024. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Sciences from Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua (2020) and a Master's Degree in Law (LLM) from Georgetown University (2022). She further expanded her expertise by obtaining diplomas in Legal Tech and Innovation from Aden Business School (2021) and Labor Law from Universidad Latina (2023). 

Estefanía is also an active member of the Panama Young Arbitrators, showcasing her commitment to the legal profession and her dedication to staying at the forefront of legal developments and arbitration practices.
