On August 12, 2020, our partner Javier José Vallarino presented the Webinar: The Impact of Labor Relations in the New Economic Normality, organized by SISPO – Online Payroll System and Achurra, Navarro & Asociados.
During the seminar, Mr. Vallarino informed the participants about the main developments regarding labor regulations in times of pandemic.
The topics discussed were:
- Handling the reduction of working hours and the suspension of the effects of employment contracts.
- Law 157 of August 3, 2020, establishing temporary measures to protect employment in companies affected by COVID-19 and other provisions.
- Good practices in the management of labor relations.
