Our partner, Javier José Vallarino, contributed to the eighth edition of the Women, Business and the Law 2022 report by the World Bank in the Panama Chapter.
This report objectively measures the legal and regulatory barriers faced by working women and entrepreneurs in 190 economies. This year, a pilot study was conducted in 95 countries on the laws governing child care, a crucial area where support is needed for women to succeed in paid employment.
