On Wednesday, December 21, the webinar “Accounting Records Compliance” was held via Zoom, led by our associate Nicole Fernández, with Maritza Cedeño as the moderator on behalf of the National Bar Association, who organized this training session.
Accounting records are a mandatory requirement for Panamanian entities according to Law 254 of 2021. Our associate has conducted multiple training sessions on this topic for various organizations, including the Panamanian Institute of Tax Specialists (INSPAT) and the American Chamber of Commerce of Panama (AMCHAM).
