15/09/2022By means of Executive Decree No. 122 of September 14, 2022, the requirement for physical distancing and capacity limits is lifted, and the COVID-19 health restrictions for travelers entering the national territory are to be removed.
Executive Decree No. 122 of September 14, 2022, published in the Official Gazette on September 15, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as “The Decree”), lifts the health measures and restrictions for travelers.
RELEVANT MEASURES:
The requirement for physical distancing and capacity limits established in the national territory due to COVID-19 is lifted.
The COVID-19 health restrictions for travelers entering the national territory are lifted.
This decree repeals Executive Decree No. 489 of March 16, 2020, Executive Decree No. 74 of February 12, 2021, Executive Decree No. 771 of May 19, 2021, Executive Decree No. 783 of June 18, 2021, Executive Decree No. 832 of August 30, 2021, Executive Decree No. 852 of September 29, 2021, Executive Decree No. 102 of July 1, 2022, Executive Decree No. 107 of July 13, 2022; Resolution No. 177 of February 13, 2020, Resolution No. 405 of May 11, 2020, Resolution No. 630 of July 30, 2021, Resolution No. 2339 of September 9, 2021, Resolution No. 2552 of October 1, 2021, and Resolution No. 2878 of November 12, 2021.
