Jeimy Lasso Duarte is an Associate with solid experience in litigation and administrative law, developed through an extensive career spanning both the public and private sectors. She joined Icaza, González-Ruiz & Alemán in 2025, bringing more than a decade of hands-on legal practice in contentious matters and institutional advisory work.
Her professional background includes over fifteen years at Galindo, Arias & López, as well as key roles within the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama and the Judicial Branch, where she gained in-depth exposure to administrative litigation, judicial proceedings, and court operations.
Jeimy’s academic training in Administrative and Commercial Law, combined with her experience in project development and public administration, allows her to approach litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters with a structured, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.
