Our partner Moisés Rivera represented Icaza at ASIPI Buenos Aires 2025

Our partner and Panama’s national delegate to ASIPI, Moisés Iván Rivera, took part in the XXIII ASIPI Congress Buenos Aires, held from November 30 to December 3, 2025, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Over four days, this important event brought together intellectual property experts through panels, workshops, and activities designed to promote the protection of ideas that transform the world.

The Congress addressed key topics such as the challenges of artificial intelligence in intellectual property, strategies for trademark protection in digital environments, innovation in patents, and the evolution of copyright in the technological era. These discussions are essential for strengthening professional practice and anticipating future challenges.

We are proud to share that our partner Moisés Iván Rivera was reelected as ASIPI’s national delegate for the 2025–2027 term. In addition, he received special recognition for his work as national delegate during the 2023–2025 period.
