Career Trajectory

Carla Calderón joined Icaza, González‑Ruiz & Alemán in 2019 as a Legal Assistant, later gaining experience within the Litigation team and serving as a Legal Research Attorney from 2022 to 2026, before taking on the role of Attorney in 2026. Over the years, she has built solid experience in case management, legal analysis, drafting legal documents, and supporting notarial and registry procedures.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law, complemented by additional training in mediation, arbitration, and legal drafting. Her academic background and professional development allow her to support various practice areas with a well‑rounded, analytical, and practical approach.
