ICAZA trains Panama Diamond Exchange members

ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING AND TAX POLICIES SEMINAR

FOR COMPANIES ESTABLISHED AT THE PANAMA DIAMOND EXCHANGE.

Last June 29th, Attorney Ana Graciela Medina (Partner) and Estefania Alemán (International Associate) trained members of the companies which are part of the Panama Diamond Exchange.

At said seminar, the changes made to the Panamanian law regarding the anti-money laundering controls and regulation, tax benefits and obligations of the companies established in the diamond exchange and the fight against the financing of terrorism in the Republic of Panama were emphasized.
