Career Trajectory
Elia Aparicio is a Corporate Law attorney with a decade of specialized experience in Compliance. She started her role at Icaza, González-Ruiz & Alemán in 2023, and since then, she has been instrumental in steering our compliance strategies.
Her academic background as both a Business Administrator and a Lawyer enables her to navigate the complexities of legal and regulatory frameworks with ease.
Elia is a member of the Board of Directors of the Panama Compliance Officers Association, and she actively participates in the Panama Bar Association, and the Panama Corporate Governance Institute.
