SEM Conference

On October 28th took place the second day of our update session entitled ” Régimen especial de sede de empresas multinacionales (SEM) ” organized by Icaza , Gonzalez -Ruiz & Aleman aimed at multinational companies and dictated by our lawyers Javier Vallarino, Ana Graciela Medina , Jordana Fasano and Ayleen Quintero.

The event, held at the Hyatt Hotel, was attended by senior executives working in multinational companies with significant international operations in their country of origin.

Different matters were presented in this conference such as the SEM labor regime, license application, permitted and restricted operations, risks for non-compliance and migration and fiscal issues that were of great benefit to all attendees.
