Our associate Albany Broce was a speaker at the discussion panel “From Scratch: To-Do List for a Successful Arbitration,” an initiative of the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission (CIAC Youth) and the Panama Conciliation and Arbitration Center (CeCAP).

The event focused on providing young lawyers with practical experiences to help them master the arbitration process from its early stages. During the discussion, Albany Broce shared strategic recommendations and best practices for conducting a successful arbitration, addressing key aspects such as case file preparation, selection of the arbitral tribunal, and the importance of effective communication with the parties involved.

Ariel Almanza and Génessis Díaz, members of the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution team at Icaza, González-Ruiz & Alemán, were also present at the discussion panel, further reinforcing the firm’s commitment to continuous training and the professional development of its legal talent.
