Icaza appoints Jeimy Lasso as new Associate

We announce the addition of Jeimy Lasso Duarte as a new associate of the firm.

Our new associate joins Icaza, González-Ruiz & Alemán in 2025, in the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice area. She has a distinguished professional trajectory, which began in 2004 as Corregidora at the Corregiduría de Arraiján. In 2005, she entered the Judicial Branch as a Clerk in the Secretariat of the Third Chamber of Administrative Litigation of the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama and later served as an Assistant in the office of Justice Esmeralda de Troitiño (2005–2006). Between 2007 and 2009, she worked as Training Coordinator at the Judicial School of the Judicial Branch of Panama, strengthening training processes for judicial system personnel. In 2010, she joined Galindo, Arias & López as an Associate, a position in which she developed solid experience in litigation and administrative law until 2025.”
