Partner of Counsel Alexis Herrera V. specializes in Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, Insurance and Re-Insurance and Trust Services.

- Member of the Cabinet Legal Research team of the School of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Panama, which at the request of the Organization of American States drafted the work: “A statement of the laws of Panama in matters affecting business”, (1967).
- Responsible for the drafting of the second part, Volume 1 of the Chronological and Analytical Index of Panamanian Law, published by the University of Panama, 1966 – 1967.
