Carlos Villalobos has been associate at Icaza, González-Ruiz & Alemán since 2004 and was appointed partner in 2022. Carlos has over twenty years of experience  in Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has completed studies in Civil Procedural Law and the Criminal Accusatory System of Panama.
Carlos frequently publishes articles of interest regarding different legislations, and he is an active member of the Panama Bar Association.
